The Premium Apartment House in Singapore, The Skywoods, was completed in 2016. It has beautiful scenery and convenient traffic in the jungle near the Hillview subway station. The Skywoods covers an area of 17545.80 square meters, has six residential buildings with fifteen floors and an underground parking lot. Project: The Crest, Singapore
The Crest project in Singapore, completed in 2018, is located near Tanglin, where there are a lot of high quality villas (Good-Class Bungalow). It is close to the Singapore commercial center, the Singapore high-tech R & D center (One North), and the Sentosa Island which is suitable for entertainment for the whole family. The Crest covers a total area of 23785 square meters, with 469 villas. It is a peaceful and open oasis, which keeps residents away from the bustle of the city. Project: Diaoyutai No. seven courtyard in Beijing
In 2010, Beijing Diaoyutai No. seven courtyard project started. In the bidding, our company became one of the suppliers of their sinks. During the 10 year cooperation, we have provided single and double bowl sinks totaling in value of around 150 thousand yuan. After knowing the quality and service of our company in this cooperation, they made a good comment on our company, and chose us as the main supplier of sinks again in a new project started in 2015, which has a total amount of 4 million 970 thousand yuan.
Project: Shanghai Hengsheng mansion in Pudong New Area
In 2010, the project of Shanghai Hengsheng mansion in Pudong New Area started, including houses, hotels, apartments and so on, and began to evaluate the supplier nationwide. During this period, the Hengsheng mansion team sent the project team (including designer, technical engineer, project engineer, procurement engineer, quality engineer, etc.) to visit our factory (the new factory produced and operated in Pudong New Area at that time). We also sent the project team accordingly (staff of Market / design / technology / quality / Procurement / production / after sales department.) to keep close communication with the Hengsheng mansion team. We entered the construction site and participated in designing the house type. The top and team members of the two sides have launched many special meetings, and finally selected the Thames series sink, because this series can fully show our professional design ability, communication and cooperation ability. In addition, we launched the project agreement at the end of 2013, and finally became a two-year project contract in May 2014. The contract stipulated that we supply 2300 sets of kitchen sink TMP910BB and the faucet TT802DD for the first phase and second phase of the project. We have completed this batch of projects as scheduled and was included in the list of "excellent suppliers" by Hengsheng mansion. With the development of Pudong New Area, the Hengsheng residence project is progressively developed, and our company has been accompanied by supplying our products.
Project: the first phase of the Shanghai treasure Garden
In 2010, after the first phase of the Shanghai treasure garden project started, we began to prepare for the second phase of the project immediately. We took the initiative to get in touch with them to discuss the position of the supporting facilities in the community and recommended our products to them pertinently. The project company was very satisfied and decided Pablo as the supplier of all kitchen wares for the second and third phase of the project. The project was finally completed at the start of 2012.
